  • 1.食材备用
  • 2.所有的食材到入容器里,混合好
  • 3.鸭子处理好,用叉子在身上叉几个小洞,以便入味
  • 4.烤鸭身上均匀地抹上调均匀的调料混合物。放入冰箱腌制一晚上
  • 5.把腌制好的鸭子放入220度预热好的烤箱里。烤20分钟,把融化的黄油刷在烤鸭上,继续烤15分钟后再刷一次黄油,最后再烤15分钟。至烤鸭表皮变得金黄即可。
