Steps to make 酱爆肉丁

  • 1.里脊肉切成1厘米左右的方丁,加入盐、料酒、酱油、鸡蛋、淀粉。
  • 2.将肉与其它材料一起上浆抓匀。
  • 3.将葱、拍碎的姜泡入清水中待用。
  • 4.锅中放入油,将肉丁滑炒至八分熟出锅。
  • 5.锅中留少许底油,放入甜面酱略炒。
  • 6.放入葱姜水、料酒煮沸,加入糖,使酱汁变稠。
  • 7.将肉丁放入翻炒。
  • 8.收汁,使肉丁的表面挂满酱汁。
  • 9.淋入少许芝麻油翻匀出锅。
