今天买了一点红曲粉回来,就琢磨着怎么来使用它,能够做出什么样的美味,突然想到前几天在饭店吃的那个雨花石汤圆,味道不错,颜色也漂亮,今天就也试着做了一点点,没有想到味道还可以哦,颜色也超级的漂亮呢!

  • 红曲粉3g
  • 糯米粉200g

Steps to make 雨花石汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉分成两份加入糖粉,,做雨花石汤圆需要两种颜色的面团,一份白色,一份彩色(我加红曲粉)。没有红曲粉,可以用紫薯泥、南瓜泥、可可粉、巧克力等代替。揉成光滑的糯米团!一瓶川秀蓝莓果酱备用!
  • 2.把两种糯米团混合在一起,揉成光滑的长条状!
  • 3.取一小份揉成光滑的圆球!
  • 4.再把糯米球按压成饼状,放入一勺川秀蓝莓果酱!(蓝莓果酱要提前放在冰箱冷冻一下,成凝固状态,容易包一些!)
  • 5.然后收口,小心的再揉成光滑的糯米团就可以了哦!
  • 6.把所有的汤圆都包完!
  • 7.水开后,把汤圆放进去煮熟即可!【一次可以做多点,把生汤圆(没煮熟的)放进冰箱冷冻,随吃随煮。】
  • 8.煮好的雨花石汤圆,颜色粉粉嫩嫩的,很漂亮哦!味道也不错的呢!
