  • 8.筛入后搅拌均匀。
  • 9.黄油隔热水软化成食用油状态。
  • 10.加入黄油液搅拌均匀。
  • 11.蛋白加入36克糖硬打发。
  • 12.取少部分蛋白加入可可蛋黄液。
  • 13.搅拌均匀。
  • 14.把剩余蛋白也一同搅拌均匀。
  • 15.放模具6寸,130℃55分钟。
