抹茶蜜豆蛋糕卷
我家的大慧姐姐很喜欢吃我做的蛋糕卷,不管什么口味的都喜欢,而我做蛋糕卷的技术,也因小主的喜欢,而愈发的提高不少。
现在,连单位的同事也喜欢我的蛋糕卷了,时不常的就约个卷,我是乐此不疲的为大家制作。
看着大家吃到我做的点心,心里别提多美了。

  • 低筋粉80克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 抹茶粉10克
  • 蜜蜜红豆50克

Steps to make 抹茶蜜豆蛋糕卷

  • 1.将全蛋液放入无油无水的打蛋盆里,加入砂糖;
  • 2.将蛋液盆隔水加热(水温热即可),用手动打蛋器将蛋液、砂糖搅拌均匀,待砂糖基本溶化后,将打蛋盆离开热水;
  • 3.用电动打蛋器开始搅打蛋液,直到提起打蛋器,蛋糊慢慢流下,并能够留下清晰地痕迹,搅打完成;
  • 4.将抹茶粉、低粉过筛入蛋糊里;
  • 5.用翻拌铲将蛋糊与面粉、抹茶粉翻拌均匀无干粉后加入牛奶,翻拌均匀成为蛋糕糊;
  • 6.将搅拌好的蛋糕糊倒入提前铺好油纸的烤盘里,并将烤盘震几下,将蛋糕糊里的气泡震碎,
  • 7.入提前预热的烤箱中,190度,17分钟即可,烤好的蛋糕取出后,从烤盘中移出来,放在晾架上,趁热将油纸慢慢揭下来;
  • 8.将淡奶油和砂糖放入打蛋盆里,用打蛋器打至七八分即可;
  • 9.将油纸铺垫在蛋糕的下面,用抹刀将淡奶油抹平,并撒上蜜蜜红豆;
  • 10.提起铺垫的油纸的一边,慢慢将蛋糕卷起,一直卷到蛋糕的另一侧,卷实后,放入冰箱冷藏室1个小时后可食用。
