Steps to make 六寸黑加仑戚风蛋糕

  • 1.先把蛋清和蛋黄分离在两个无水无油的盆内,
  • 2.蛋黄加入10克白糖搅拌,接着放入植物油和牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.用筛子过滤低筋面粉,用刮刀搅拌至无颗粒,要采取切拌的方式,不可以划圈
  • 4.用高到位打发蛋清,打出泡泡时加入三分之一的白糖,接着打顺滑以后加入三分之一的白糖,接着出现了纹路在加入三分之一的白糖
  • 5.挖三分之一的蛋白到蛋黄里用切拌的方式拌匀
  • 6.接着把蛋黄倒进蛋白里,用切拌的方式拌匀,不可以划圈
  • 7.蛋糕底部撒上黑加仑,倒入蛋糕糊后使劲震几下,震出大气泡
  • 8.每个烤箱温度不同,我的烤箱选择110度45分钟,如果顶部出现开裂 那肯定是温度高了
  • 9.烤好后摔两下马上倒扣,凉了以后脱模
  • 10.好了,酸酸甜甜的超级好吃
