小时候经常看妈妈做麻花,上了学,远离了父母,自己也当了母亲,想给孩子健康安全的美食,宝宝喜欢吃麻花,每次在外面买来给她吃,感觉都是一种罪过,思来想去自己动手吧,第一次做,味道卖相很不错,阿姨说可以和外面买的一拼,哈哈,真是得瑟的不得了,刚做好,宝宝就吃了两根,真能吃!纯粹的一个上吃货呀,比她老妈还要强悍!

Steps to make 香甜软麻花

  • 1.牛奶、食用油、酵母、鸡蛋全部放入盆里,搅拌均匀,静置五六分钟。
  • 2.倒入面粉,揉至光滑放温暖处发酵至两倍大。出现蜂窝状说明发酵完毕。面板放油,面团在油面板再揉至光滑,将面团内气泡全排出。
  • 3.将面团切成小剂子,一个个搓成小长条,此时不需要搓很细,稍加揉搓即可。盘子刷油,将小成条盘在盘子里,面剂子上面也要刷油,以防粘连在一起。做得多可以像多层蛋糕一样一层一层盘上去,宝宝说像蛋糕,哈哈,面上别忘记盖一层保温的东西,比如保鲜膜。
  • 4.将4中的小蛋糕稍潲醒一会,就可以搓麻花了。取一小长条,两只手向相反方向搓,上劲,提起面剂子会自行盘绕,再上劲,此时,一手捏一端放至三分之一处,另一端回旋置入刚刚成形的小窝里,捏紧,防止入油锅后松散开,再稍上劲,放在面板上进行醒发。也可直接放入油锅内煎炸,我喜欢再醒发一会,成品会更松软可口,小孩子 都喜欢软一点,呵呵
  • 5.放油锅内煎炸,一面上色后再翻一面,两面金黄后就可挟出油装盘。
  • 6.香喷喷的麻花开吃了,我一下就吃了好几根,罪过罪过,这完全不是要减肥的节奏呀
