  • 黄油150克
  • 低筋面粉155克
  • 糖粉80克
  • 玉米淀粉50克
  • 奶粉25克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 抹茶粉12克

Steps to make 抹茶曲奇

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.把黄油室温软化,软化到可以用手指轻轻的压出指印。
  • 3.把糖粉放到黄油中,然后用电动打蛋器打至黄油体积变大,颜色变白,如图。
  • 4.把鸡蛋打散,然后分三次倒入黄油中,每倒一次,都要让鸡蛋与黄油充分融合。
  • 5.全部鸡蛋放入黄油中的样子,黄油很柔顺细滑,如图。
  • 6.把低筋面粉、玉米淀粉、奶粉、抹茶粉一起过筛,放到黄油中,如图。
  • 7.将面粉和黄油拌匀,如图。
  • 8.开始准备挤曲奇。取一个裱花袋,然后剪一个小口,如图。
  • 9.把裱花嘴放到裱花袋中,顶到头起,如图,这样就可以装面糊了。
  • 10.把曲奇面糊装到裱花袋中,然后挤几下,排空空气,如图。
  • 11.取一个比较平的烤盘,然后依次将曲奇挤到上面,如图。(我用的是8齿的大号裱花嘴。大家可以按自己的喜欢和实际情况来选择。)
  • 12.把整盘曲奇放到预热好的烤箱中层,上下火160度烤15分钟即可。
  • 13.曲奇烤好的样子。开动吧~
