Steps to make 干干脆脆小饼干——蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.120克黄油软化到按压就能按开,加入70克糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀,50克全蛋液分三次加入,每次加入用手动打蛋器搅匀。
  • 2.分次筛入230克低筋面粉,用刮刀压拌至无干粉状态,必要时可以带一次性手套用手抓捏均匀。倒入60克碎蔓越莓压拌均匀。
  • 3.把面团整形成长条形,包个保鲜膜,方便脱模出来。放冰箱冷冻1小时后,取出来切片,厚度大概0.5厘米。
  • 4.烤箱一定要预热,预热好后放入烤箱中层,上下火170度,15分钟(每个烤箱温度有差异,时间不一定一样,看到表面微金黄就可以出炉)
