Steps to make 滑嫩蒸鸡蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋打散成均匀的蛋液。如有筛网,过滤一遍最好。
  • 2.糖用开水化开,等凉至不烫口,把奶粉放进调匀备用。
  • 3.把放凉的(2)沿碗边倒进蛋液里,用筷子轻轻划圈拌匀。
  • 4.拌匀后的蛋液静置一段时间,用保鲜膜或小盆子盖住碗口,水开后中火蒸10分钟。
  • 5.这是蒸好的鸡蛋。
  • 6.如果喜欢吃咸的蛋羹,方法也差不多,不用放牛奶。在出锅前,洒上葱花,滴点香油,再合上盖蒸半分钟就可以了。
