充满粽香的味道-----【杂粮糯米鸡】
现在这种季节米面杂粮等都比较容易惹虫子,所以我每次一般都不会买太多,等快吃完再备。从老家回来以后我就赶紧检查看有没有坏掉的东西,还好时间不是很长,都还好好的,一番收查下来,看到还有一点莲子和花生,想把他们煮掉,所以就做了这个杂粮糯米鸡。
今年端午包粽子的时候还剩下一些粽叶没用完,感觉丢了可惜就一直放着,这次刚好用它来做盛器,给糯米鸡带来了淡淡的粽香。

  • 酱油1汤勺
  • 蚝油1/2汤勺
  • 白糖1茶勺
  • 香葱油少许

Steps to make 充满粽香的味道-----【杂粮糯米鸡】

  • 1.主要原料:鸡腿和糯米。(糯米要提前浸泡好)
  • 2.配料:莲子、花生、芸豆、干香菇、胡萝卜。(除胡萝卜以外的材料要提早泡发好,莲子、花生、花芸豆我都是头晚泡发的,香菇是提早1小时浸泡的)
  • 3.鸡腿洗净去骨头。
  • 4.切成大小合适的鸡肉丁,放入碗内,调入越2汤勺的大喜大烤肉酱。
  • 5.再调入其他调料,然后拌匀,腌制半小时入味,期间翻拌几次。(在腌制期间,我把泡发好的莲子、花生和芸豆调入少许盐用高压锅煮了半小时左右,这样蒸的时候容易熟烂)
  • 6.把煮好的莲子、花生、芸豆沥干水倒入稍大的盆里,然后加入腌制好的鸡肉。
  • 7.加入适量泡发好的糯米。(不用太多,太多了就成鸡腿饭了哈)
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.用煮好的粽叶折成一个棕叶杯。
  • 10.装入拌好的糯米鸡材料。
  • 11.全部装完以后,冷水入锅,大火蒸制半小时左右至熟即可,关火后稍微闷一会。打开锅盖后撒上适量葱花。
  • 12.蒸好的糯米鸡。
