宫爆三丁
宫爆菜一般都是在川菜馆里常见他们的身影,我也是每次去菜馆必点之一,爱上了之后自己不免也想动动手,昨天家里各色食材都有一些,我就拿来好好利用了一下,自制宫爆三丁就出来了,别说味道真是相当的好,莲藕黄瓜炒在里面脆脆的,加上茄子的软软,三种菜菜一起碰撞出来了美味.

  • 莲藕半截
  • 黄瓜半截
  • 茄子半截
  • 青椒1根
  • 味极鲜2滴
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 少量
  • 鸡精少量
  • 料酒1滴
  • 干红椒2-3个

Steps to make 宫爆三丁

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.把菜菜全部切成丁丁
  • 3.青椒也切丁
  • 4.倒入少量盐,鸡精,料酒,味极鲜,和淀粉拌好调料
  • 5.把水烧开,放入莲藕丁,煮三分钟捞起来
  • 6.锅里放油烧热,加入干辣椒爆出香味
  • 7.然后先加入茄子炒一分钟,再加黄瓜丁和莲藕丁
  • 8.炒几分钟后加入调好的调料
  • 9.大火爆炒至丁们出现明亮的色泽即可起锅
  • 10.完成
