粉蒸肉
这款粉蒸肉用的是小米粉,确切的说是小米碎。之所以没有将小米加工成小米粉,用了小米碎,是因为我家食客喜欢有些小颗粒的粉蒸菜。家里有土豆控,蒸肉时用了土豆垫底。菜品里的肉很鲜嫩,软糯的土豆也非常好吃。

Steps to make 粉蒸肉

  • 1.小米加大料、花椒炒香,晾凉 。
  • 2.猪肉洗干净,沥干水,切成稍微厚些的片。
  • 3.碗中加生抽,加料酒,加盐,加白糖。
  • 4.加鸡粉搅拌均匀成腌料汁。
  • 5.料汁倒入装有猪肉的盆中。
  • 6.加姜片,搅拌均匀,让肉片均匀裹上料汁,放入冰箱腌制4小时。
  • 7.晾凉后的小米加工成小米碎。
  • 8.土豆去皮洗干净切成片放于大碗中 。
  • 9.小米碎倒入腌制好的肉片中,让肉片均匀裹上小米碎 。
  • 10.裹好小米碎 的肉片放到土豆上。
  • 11.蒸锅加水,大碗入锅蒸。
  • 12.蒸熟即可享用。
