Steps to make 苏伯汤

  • 1.西红柿洗净,用刀在表面划个十字花,锅中加入适量的水,水开下入西红柿烫一下。
  • 2.烫好的西红柿取出,去掉表皮,切成块,西红柿可以多放一些,味道更浓郁。
  • 3.大头菜在淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,反复冲洗干净备用。
  • 4.锅中加入适量的水,水开下入大头菜焯烫,待颜色变绿捞出过冷水,然后切丝备用。
  • 5.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香葱花,下入大头菜翻炒。
  • 6.下入西红柿翻炒,可以把西红柿炒碎,因为西红柿去掉皮了,更容易炒碎,这样汤汁才浓郁。
  • 7.加入适量的水,大火烧开,小火煮5分钟左右。
  • 8.加入盐、糖、胡椒粉、蘑菇粉调味,如果感觉汤汁不够浓郁,可以加点番茄酱调味。
  • 9.出锅,撒点香菜味道更好,喜欢的还可以加点香油。
