噹噹噹~~~~~我是泡菜狂 泡菜狂泡菜狂。。。哈 平时在外面买的泡菜好贵又好少,因为它好有分量哇!一斤就一屁丁点儿,吃得好心疼又好不过瘾啊。所以决定自己动手,狠很把自己给满足了! 这是第三次做泡菜,这次泡菜最成功,这材料还是特地从韩国店里买来的,不是我爱自夸,因为它真的真的真的好正宗哇 接下来和大家分享分享小女子的作品

  • 洋葱半个
  • 韭菜1把
  • 白萝卜半个
  • 大蒜2头
  • 1小块
  • 辣椒粉130g
  • 糯米粉50g
  • 鱼露50ml

Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.大白菜剥去外层老叶,一分为四。每层撒入少许盐巴搓搓,涂抹均匀后用重物压在白菜上面6-8小时。淹软白菜之后用饱和和凉开水泡洗1-2小时,以免过咸哦!最后控干白菜水分放置备用
  • 2.准备材料喽!大蒜剥皮
  • 3.韭菜切段
  • 4.萝卜去皮擦丝加入盐巴挤掉苦水待用
  • 5.苹果、梨去核去皮切小块、洋葱去皮切小块。待用
  • 6.500G清水上锅煮开转小火,倒入糯米粉迅速搅拌均匀至无粉颗粒。关火放置冷却
  • 7.这个是煮好的糯米糊成品图,待冷却哦
  • 8.130G辣椒粉倒入冷却后的糯米糊中,充分搅拌均匀成。。。辣椒酱哈
  • 9.苹果块、梨块、洋葱块一起倒入搅拌机搅拌成泥,大蒜和姜块搅拌成泥。备用
  • 10.将蔬果泥和蒜泥倒入辣椒酱中搅拌均匀
  • 11.倒入鱼露50ml搅拌搅拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入韭菜拌匀
  • 13.倒入挤掉苦水的白萝卜,充分搅拌均匀。完成90%咯!亲
  • 14.充分搅拌均匀
  • 15.最后把辣椒酱均匀涂在已控干水分的白菜每层叶子上,分装入保鲜盒中。放置于通风处发酵3天左右,就可以放入冰箱慢慢享用喽
