椰蓉葡萄花环面包

  • 即发干酵母2g
  • 细砂糖24g

  • 细砂糖20g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 椰蓉40g
  • 牛奶8g
  • 葡萄干30g

Steps to make 椰蓉葡萄花环面包

  • 1.将所有材料依次放入面包机,启动和面程序30分钟,揉成光滑面团,放置温暖处进行基础发酵
  • 2.等待的过程中制作馅料,黄油室温软化,加入细砂糖
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打成均匀奶油糊状
  • 4.分次加入蛋液,搅打均匀
  • 5.放入椰蓉,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入牛奶,继续搅匀
  • 7.加入用清水浸泡过的葡萄干
  • 8.充分搅拌均匀即可
  • 9.面团发酵至2.5倍大时,检测是否发酵完全
  • 10.基础发酵结束后,将面团排气、重新揉圆,松弛15分钟
  • 11.松弛后的面团擀成长方形大片,压薄底边
  • 12.表面抹上椰蓉葡萄馅,底边部分空出
  • 13.将面片自上而下卷起,底边处捏紧,从中间切开
  • 14.切面朝上,交叉编成辫子状,两端接合成为环形,放在烤盘上,放置温暖湿润处进行最后发酵
  • 15.最后发酵结束,表面刷蛋液
  • 16.再撒少许椰蓉,烤箱180度预热, 放入中层,上下火烤25分左右
