  • 1.材料图
  • 2.鸡腿洗干净用刀在两面各划两个口子,生姜蒜头切碎
  • 3.把鸡腿放入盆中放生姜蒜碎和以上调料抓匀入冰箱冷藏2小时候以上,中间翻个面
  • 4.腌好的鸡腿摆放在烤盘中,每个鸡腿上浇点腌制的料汁
  • 5.烤箱上下火200度预热,放入鸡腿烤30分钟,中间拿出来刷一次腌制鸡腿的料汁
  • 6.烤好的鸡腿借助手柄夹端出烤盘即可
