福州年糕
福州年糕是福州的传统美食,每到过年,大家都会自制或买现成的来吃,寓意“年年高”。
记得小时候在福州,每到过年,妈妈就会自己泡米磨浆滤水,蒸年糕吃,那种甜蜜的滋味总是难以忘怀。
今天我用新良的粘米粉和糯米粉做妈妈的味道。
蒸好直接切块便可食用,用油煎了吃,更加美味。

  • 1.将糯米粉、粘米粉和白糖混合
  • 2.加入水,搅拌均匀
  • 3..将山姜叶清洗干净
  • 4.蒸笼底部铺山姜叶,用倒扣的盘子定型一会儿,取出盘子
  • 5.倒入米糊
  • 6.表面撒花生
  • 7.剪去多余的叶子
  • 8.蒸锅水烧开,将蒸笼放进蒸锅,蒸40分钟,即可出锅
