白菜一品锅
一品锅,应该是属于徽菜系的吧?
其实,在我们家,象这样子的菜,统称“大杂烩”。
特别是在过年的时候,准备些大白菜,取口砂锅,把大白菜放入,再码上爆鱼,蛋饺,咸肉,香肠,虾,蟹,猪肚等等,等等----反正什么年菜都可以往里放,然后炖熟就OK了!
这样炖出的菜,味道特别的好!又是热气腾腾的,吃着很舒服的。

Steps to make 白菜一品锅

  • 1.准备好蛋饺,咸肉,鸡肉,猪舌,爆鱼,虾等.
  • 2.准备好大白菜
  • 3.大白菜洗净,切片,
  • 4.锅里油热,放入姜,葱,蒜,爆香,
  • 5.放入大白菜煸炒至发蔫,关火。
  • 6.取砂锅,放入大白菜,加些水。
  • 7.把蛋饺,咸肉,鸡肉,猪舌,爆鱼,等依次排入,放些青蒜,
  • 8.中火煮至白菜熟,加些盐
  • 9.放入大虾煮开,加些先抽,胡椒粉,
  • 10.撒些葱花即可。
