  • 1.猪肉切丝,用适量料酒,生抽,淀粉腌一会儿
  • 2.黄瓜,胡萝卜,葱切丝
  • 3.豆片放沸水种烫一下,捞出过冷水,攥去水份摊成片。把切好的黄瓜丝,胡萝卜丝摆到豆片上
  • 4.豆片卷成卷儿,越紧越好
  • 5.切成斜段,摆放到盘中
  • 6.葱丝摆放中间
  • 7.锅里放适量植物油,把肉丝炒至变色
  • 8.盛出肉丝备用
  • 9.另起锅放少许油,放入适量甜面酱,一勺糖,一勺生抽,小火炒出香味
  • 10.放入肉丝翻炒均匀出锅
