板栗烧排骨

Steps to make 板栗烧排骨

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.准备所有调料。
  • 3.排骨用清水洗干净,后浸泡十五分钟,板栗洗干净用剪刀从上面剪个十字。
  • 4.锅中放盐,把板栗倒进去煮十分钟。
  • 5.把洗干净的排骨倒进锅里,里面加生抽两勺,葱段和生姜片煮开。
  • 6.烧开后用勺子撇去上面的浮沫。
  • 7.大火把排骨煮20分钟捞出。
  • 8.板栗趁热把皮剥下来,排骨用清水冲干净备用。
  • 9.热锅把冰糖放进去小火慢慢至融化。
  • 10.再把排骨倒进去翻炒至金黄。
  • 11.再把葱、姜、辣子,八角,香叶,桂皮炒出香味。
  • 12.锅中加烧开的水烧开,加3勺生抽,一勺料酒把板栗倒进去小中火炖50分钟。
  • 13.最后把汤汁收浓加一勺盐搅拌均匀即可出锅。
  • 14.一道色香味俱全的板栗烧排骨就做好了。
