云南火腿粑粑
在云南,初次接触到粑粑个名字的时候,很好奇,迫不及待的想看看到底长什么摸样,想尝尝究竟是什么味道。看到尝到之后才明白,其实就是各个地方的叫法不同,所谓的粑粑和我们中原地区的烧饼基本类似,只是做法又所不同,口味也各具自己的地方特色而已。 云南的粑粑也有很多种,单单我吃过的就有喜洲粑粑,丽江粑粑,还有青稞粑粑、荞麦粑粑等。感觉比较讲究的还是丽江粑粑,加火腿丁,还有果仁馅料,很香的,口感也特别丰富。还有就是那喜洲粑粑,做法超级传统的碳烤。自己想做,没有喜洲的那种家伙什,就做那种丽江的火腿粑粑来回味一下云南的味道吧

  • 酵母粉3g
  • 110g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 云南火腿100g

Steps to make 云南火腿粑粑

  • 1.酵母用水融化
  • 2.倒入面粉中
  • 3.加一个鸡蛋和10克奶粉
  • 4.和成光滑的面团
  • 5.室温发酵至两倍大小
  • 6.芝麻、核桃、南瓜籽仁都炒熟,配适量的糖
  • 7.先把果仁都擀碎
  • 8.和糖、盐混均匀成为馅料
  • 9.火腿10云南火腿粑粑做法的步骤
  • 10.发好的面团排气松弛几分钟
  • 11.擀成大片,食用油和五香粉和少许盐混合涂抹上去
  • 12.再撒上一层火腿丁
  • 13.从一端卷起来
  • 14.切段
  • 15.取一段把两端的口收到中间捏紧
  • 16.然后压扁包入适量的果仁馅料
  • 17.包严实后再压扁
  • 18.平底锅中放适量油,入锅煎。煎的时候盖盖
  • 19.一面金黄后翻面,两面煎好即可。自己做的用料更是实在,非常好吃。
