火麻藤椒羊排骨

  • 6.锅中放油,下姜蒜末小火炒香,再放入火麻仁一起煸炒。
  • 7.放好人家藤椒调料炒香。
  • 8.适量放些水煮开。
  • 9.放羊排骨煮入味。
  • 10.之后放在蔬菜上。
  • 11.将火麻仁打成汁煮开之后放圣女果和青蒜。
  • 12.将汤汁倒入盆中放10克膳之俭火麻油。
