蓝莓卷心饼干
一本口袋小册子上的方子,一直怀疑方子有误——100克面粉60克黄油,怎么会用到5个蛋黄呢?那样调出来的面糊不会太稀软了么?扔在一边许久以后,为着蓝莓酱的缘故,重又翻出来。斟酌良久,决计还是按照常做的饼干配比,调整方子使用。
饼干还是很成功的,只是,为着多多消耗蓝莓酱,可着劲儿地抹,结果就是,切片的时候酱汁四溢,让饼干面团染色不少。

  • 1.用料
  • 2.黄油软化,加入细砂糖和盐
  • 3.用打蛋器打发
  • 4.分次加入蛋液
  • 5.搅打均匀
  • 6.筛入面粉
  • 7.拌成均匀面团
  • 8.擀成厚0.3厘米,宽约16厘米的长方形大片
  • 9.抹上蓝莓酱
  • 10.顺长边卷起,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏至硬
  • 11.取出,切成厚约0.8厘米的片
  • 12.摆入烤盘,
  • 13.放入烤箱,中层,上下火170度,烤20分钟左右
  • 14.略成金黄色,出炉
