  • 热水50ml

Steps to make 叶儿耙

  • 1.混合糯米粉和粘米粉;
  • 2.先加入50ml热水搅匀,再加入50ml凉水搅匀,然后下手和成面团;
  • 3.再加入2小勺色拉油;
  • 4.揉成光滑均匀的面团;
  • 5.将面团平均分成8份(这个可以根据自己的大小来定);
  • 6.取一份面团揉圆拍扁,包入适量红豆馅;
  • 7.包成汤圆状;
  • 8.新鲜粽叶提前用开水烫过,并刷洗干净;
  • 9.从中间剖开并剪成大小合适的长天,抹上一层色拉油;
  • 10.把包好的面团轻轻搓成椭圆形,用粽叶卷起(抹油的一面朝里);
  • 11.用牙签固定一下;
  • 12.粽叶垫底排入蒸屉,蒸锅上汽后入锅,大火蒸约8到10分钟,中间开盖放汽一次,以免水汽过多导致面团变形。
  • 13.取出摆盘,蘸蜂蜜食之。
