简易下午茶——小蛋糕

Details of ingredients

  • 低筋面粉70g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 色拉油45g
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 牛奶45g
  • 可可粉15g
  • 细砂糖(加入蛋白中打发)45g
  • 蛋白4个
  • 柠檬汁5滴
  • 细砂糖(加入奶油中打发)15g
  • 淡奶油150g

Steps to make 简易下午茶——小蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.蛋清和蛋黄分离,蛋黄中加入牛奶、色拉油和20g的白砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.将低筋面粉和可可粉混合过筛,加入到蛋黄中搅拌均匀
  • 4.蛋清加细砂糖和柠檬汁用电动打蛋器打发至干性状态
  • 5.分三分之一的蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊中上下翻拌均匀
  • 6.再倒入剩下的蛋白霜中搅拌匀,用同样的方法搅拌,切记不可消泡,倒入黄金烤盘中,用塑料刮板,刮平,震两下
  • 7.放入预热的烤箱中,上下火160度,烤25分钟即可
  • 8.出炉后倒扣待凉,再用圆形慕斯模具压出形状
  • 9.淡奶油加15g 的白砂糖打发,将奶油倒入到一次性裱花袋中,底部先垫上一片蛋糕,然后挤上一层奶油,再盖一层蛋糕,再挤奶油,最后盖上一小层蛋糕,表面放一些水果做装饰即可
  • 10.总共是三个小蛋糕片为一组,中间都可以变换加适量的水果,增加口感
