紫薯馅月饼
中秋佳节快要到了,让我们一起月饼DIY,自己制做吃着既放心油美味。

Steps to make 紫薯馅月饼

  • 1.炒干,做月饼馅最好要炒得硬些,不然不好包,馅料湿度大的话月饼也容易烤裂。冷却后装保鲜袋里放冰箱冷藏一小时会更好。
  • 2.不粘锅放上适量花生油,紫薯泥下锅炒,加上适量多的白砂糖,根据自己喜欢的甜度加。

  • 7.饼皮放手上压薄,把紫薯馅放上。
  • 8.收口包好,滚些面粉,防止粘膜。
  • 9.月饼膜具里撒上些面粉把面团放进去,在案板上压实。
  • 10.推出月饼胚脱膜
  • 11.烤箱180度预热十分钟。全部做好,在月饼胚上喷上水,进烤箱中层烤5分钟至月饼定型。
  • 12.取出刷一薄层蛋黄液(千万不要刷多了,多了烤好很难看的噢)再放入烤箱中层烤15分钟左右,具体温度时间根据自己烤箱情况,观察情况而定。
  • 13.出炉放量装密封袋里,放一天以后等月饼回油变软后可以享用啦。
