Steps to make 自制抹茶馅

  • 1.将芸豆洗净,放入水中浸泡2小时以上;
  • 2.加入适量的水煮至豆皮可以轻易脱掉停火 ;
  • 3.将外皮除去(比较费时间);
  • 4.再加入适量的热水,煮至豆烂 ;
  • 5.趁热将豆放入搅拌机中打成泥状,挤去水份,放在锅里慢慢加热;
  • 6.加入180克油;
  • 7.慢火,继续炒至均匀;
  • 8.加入白糖,炒至糖化,馅料吸收且不粘手;
  • 9.加入抹茶粉继续翻炒 ;
  • 10.炒至均匀不粘手即可关火,冷却后就可以用。
