麻酱面藕黄瓜

  • 1.取面藕25粒。
  • 2.用纯净水泡发大约半小时。
  • 3.泡至面藕无硬心,挤去水分。
  • 4.25粒面藕泡发后的量还蛮多的。
  • 5.水果黄瓜一根,对半剖开,再切成薄片。
  • 6.将黄瓜和面藕放入同一盆中。
  • 7.一大勺芝麻酱用一大勺花椒大料水化开,加入适量生抽,白糖、盐、1小勺蒜末,香醋,辣椒油,熟白芝麻适量,料汁一定要多些才好吃。
  • 8.料汁拌匀后放入冰箱冷藏几分钟,风味更佳。
  • 9.炎热夏天来一盘麻酱面藕拌黄瓜很是惬意。
