辣白菜炒五花肉
去年韩国的一首《江南style》红遍全球,一阵韩风袭来,从音乐到时尚,再到美食,特别是做为中国离韩国最近的城市,近些年来更是被韩风逆袭,渗透着并改变着我们的吃穿住行。其实我更对韩国的美食甚是喜欢,韩国烤肉、大酱汤、冷面、炸酱面等等都非常有特色,特别是韩国代表小菜的辣白菜更是喜欢,辣白菜吃法很多种,佐餐的小菜、烤着吃,凉拌吃、炒着吃都是很棒的。这首辣白菜炒五花肉是非常有代表性的韩国风味,材料简单、做法简单,但味道确实不简单,有五花肉的香和辣白菜的酸辣,即下酒也下饭,味道相当非常的香呀。

    Steps to make 辣白菜炒五花肉

    • 1.辣白菜切小段备用;
    • 2.五花肉、大葱、青椒
    • 3.五花肉切片,青椒、葱切片备用;
    • 4.平底锅加油,放入五花肉片小火煽炒;
    • 5.炒制两面变成焦黄,将肉里面的油逼出为好;
    • 6.五花肉煽香后放入葱片炒香;
    • 7.再加入辣白菜炒制;
    • 8.加入一小勺韩国辣酱继续翻炒;
    • 9.将辣白菜的汁倒入一点锅中;
    • 10.再加入青椒片翻炒;
    • 11.最好淋入一点香油,增加菜的香气;
    • 12.再翻炒即可出锅。
