巧克力蛋糕卷
看到亲们用抹茶、可可粉之类的食材做蛋糕,不过我家一般不备这些东西,还好家里有不少参加婚宴给的巧克力糖,平时也不怎么吃,我想就用它做蛋糕,味道一定也不错吧。

  • 面粉80g
  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 50g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 巧克力糖6块

Steps to make 巧克力蛋糕卷

  • 1.巧克力糖加入牛奶隔水融化后搅拌均制成巧克力奶液
  • 2.面粉、玉米淀粉混合均匀过筛备用
  • 3.蛋黄打在干净的盆里
  • 4.加玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 5.将巧克力奶液倒入蛋黄中轻轻搅拌均匀
  • 6.筛入已经过筛两遍的低筋粉
  • 7.搅拌均匀,巧克力蛋黄糊就完成了
  • 8.蛋白分三次加入砂糖用电动打蛋器打至提起打蛋器有直直的倒三角状,蛋白霜就打发好了
  • 9.取1/3的蛋白霜加入到巧克力蛋黄糊里
  • 10.上下切拌翻拌均匀
  • 11.然后再重新倒回到剩余的蛋白霜里依然是上下切拌翻拌
  • 12.制成细腻的巧克力蛋糊
  • 13.烤盘铺油纸倒入蛋糕糊用筷子随意的划拉几下,消除蛋糕糊里的气泡
  • 14.提前预热烤箱150度上下火烤30分钟
  • 15.烤制结束取出稍微凉一下,借助擀面杖将蛋糕卷起来,放冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 16.定型后取出切块
