越临近端午节,越按耐不住想包粽子的冲动!今算是拔了心里的草,虽形状有点滑稽,但来上一口,味道毫不逊色,软糯香甜,家常做法,供大家参考!

Steps to make 家常粽子

  • 1.粽叶浸泡第一天。
  • 2.粽叶加盐开水煮五分钟消毒,捞出清洗干净备用。
  • 3.所需食材准备就绪,糯米用温水提前浸泡。
  • 4.紫薯加玫瑰酱制成馅料,拌匀后改成球形。
  • 5.粽叶着成锥子行,放入一勺米,加一颗红枣。
  • 6.再加一勺米,依次包好。
  • 7.同样的方法包紫薯玫瑰馅。
  • 8.依次包完入开水锅蒸两个小时,关火浸泡两个小时。
  • 9.我是凌晨煮的粽子,关火后去睡觉,早晨打开还是温温的,漂亮极了。
