抹茶蛋糕卷
喜欢做蛋糕卷,做法简单又不费时间~加了青岚抹茶粉做的蛋糕卷颜色很漂亮的,用三能28×28烤盘不铺油纸一样做出美美的毛巾底。

  • 鸡蛋4个(大)
  • 牛奶50g
  • 玉米油48g
  • 低粉55g
  • 抹茶粉5g
  • 白糖60g
  • 铁塔淡奶油150g
  • 绵白糖15g

Steps to make 抹茶蛋糕卷

  • 1.碗里放入玉米油、牛奶和青岚抹茶粉用蛋抽搅打充分混合没颗粒。
  • 2.筛入低粉。
  • 3.用蛋抽不规则的搅拌没干粉即可。
  • 4.加入4个蛋黄(后蛋法做出的蛋糕细腻)
  • 5.用蛋抽不规则的划一字直到蛋糊细腻。
  • 6.蛋白里分3次加入白糖打成湿性发泡(我懒一次性加入的白糖)做蛋糕卷蛋白不能打的太硬不然卷的时候会裂。
  • 7.取1/3的蛋白霜放入抹茶蛋黄糊里。
  • 8.用蛋抽或刮刀快速拌匀。
  • 9.将抹茶蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白霜里快速的翻拌均匀。
  • 10.拌好的抹茶蛋糕糊。
  • 11.倒入烤盘轻轻震几下(表面不平可以用刮板抹平)
  • 12.烤箱提前预热150℃中层20分钟,出炉后从高处落下(时间温度仅供参)几分钟后蛋糕四周会和烤盘分离(如果没有就用手把四周扒一下)
  • 13.蛋糕上铺好油纸,把烤盘倒扣过来蛋糕片会掉下来。
  • 14.看看金盘上附着一层蛋糕屑。
  • 15.拍张近景秀秀。
  • 16.如果没时间打奶油,就这样把蛋糕片用油纸先卷起来。
  • 17.把正面朝上毛巾面朝下,抹上奶油朝自己的这边奶油多些尾部薄些摆上水果卷起(做卷的奶油打硬些)
  • 18.把油纸两头拧紧放冰箱冷藏半小时定型。
  • 19.蛋糕卷口感和颜值都是不错的。
