  • 1.买回的春笋,摊主已将外皮去掉,洗净后将老皮和根部去掉;
  • 2.切成滚刀块;
  • 3.炒锅放适量的油,放入葱花炒出香味;
  • 4.放入笋块翻炒;
  • 5.放适量的白糖;
  • 6.放适量的生抽;
  • 7.放少许的老抽,翻炒均匀;
  • 8.放入清水,盖上锅盖焖煮;
  • 9.待汤汁收浓,笋已熟,尝一下咸淡,淡可放少许的盐,我品尝味道正好,无需放盐,盛出即可。
