圣诞树面包
这是我做的圣诞烘焙系列之二,
其实就是简单的一款基础面包,
只是整形成圣诞树形状,
应景即将来临的圣诞节。

  • 高筋面粉200克
  • 奶粉8克
  • 细砂糖24克
  • 3克
  • 全蛋液24克
  • 酵母3克
  • 牛奶122克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 圣诞树面包

  • 1.把除黄油以外的所有材料放入面包桶中,设置和面程序,启动;
  • 2.20分钟后加入黄油,重新设置发面程序启动(此程序30分钟和面,1小时发面);
  • 3.发面程序结束后,面团发好,用手指沾高筋面粉,在面团中间戳一个洞,洞不回缩,证明已发酵好;
  • 4.面团分割成10个35克的小面团和1个60克的面团,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟;
  • 5.排气滚圆后,排成如图圣诞树的形状;
  • 6.最后发酵45分钟左右至两倍大,表面均匀刷上全蛋液,烤箱预热180度,烤20分钟,出炉后晒凉撒上糖粉即可;
