猪肉时目前人们餐桌上重要的动物性食品之一 因为猪肉馅味较为细软 结缔组织较少 肌肉组织中含有较多的肌间脂肪 因此经过烹调加工后肉味特别鲜美。京酱肉丝是我的宝宝特别喜欢吃的下饭菜之一,豆皮包裹着浓浓的酱香味的猪里脊肉,肉质细嫩特别适合宝宝吃哦。

  • 里脊肉300克
  • 葱白2棵
  • 豆皮2个
  • 50克
  • 1勺
  • 生抽2匙
  • 香油1茶匙
  • 番茄酱2勺
  • 甜面酱3勺
  • 1勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 京酱肉丝

  • 1.里脊肉切成薄片再将肉片切成细丝
  • 2.加入蛋清,生抽,料酒,淀粉用手抓匀
  • 3.豆皮用温水浸泡五分钟沥干水分切成正方形摆于盘底
  • 4.葱切丝放在豆皮上
  • 5.锅中热油放入肉丝翻炒至完全变色捞出沥干油份
  • 6.锅中留油,放入番茄酱,甜面酱,适量糖,改小火翻炒出酱香,酱汁不断冒小泡,转大火放入肉丝快速翻炒入味。
  • 7.出锅前淋入适量香油,将肉丝放入豆皮和葱丝上,美味快来品尝吧。t
