自制黑椒汁
其实这黑椒汁老早前就想做了,因为懒就拖到现在,每次给儿子做牛排都是用番茄汁,总觉得没那么地道,好吧好吧,硬着头皮上阵了,自制黑椒汁完成,嘿,还真别说,这味道可不比牛排馆的差,人家牛排馆的1份牛排的钱我在家可以做4份牛排。省钱哦,,,,

  • 洋葱半个
  • 大蒜大半个
  • 1小块
  • 黑胡椒20克
  • 黄油1小块
  • 生粉少许
  • 清水少量

Steps to make 自制黑椒汁

  • 1.洋葱,蒜,姜,剁碎待用
  • 2.锅热放入1小块黄油
  • 3.放入洋葱,蒜,姜爆香
  • 4.倒入清水煮开后关火放凉。(如果有高汤代替清水就更好了哦)
  • 5.放凉后倒入料理机打成糊再倒回锅里继续煮,再加入除生粉外的所有调料拌匀
  • 6.最后用生粉水调成糊加入煮开,(生粉水少量就好)
  • 7.浇到牛排上即可 。一次用不完可以放在冰箱冷冻,下次吃时取出热一下就可以了。
