巧克力酱蛋糕卷

Steps to make 巧克力酱蛋糕卷

  • 1.将全蛋液放入无油无水的打蛋盆里,加入砂糖;
  • 2.将蛋液盆隔水加热(水温热即可),用手动打蛋器将蛋液、砂糖搅拌均匀,待砂糖基本溶化后,将打蛋盆离开热水;
  • 3.用电动打蛋器开始搅打蛋液,直到提起打蛋器,蛋糊慢慢流下,并能够留下清晰地痕迹,搅打完成;
  • 4.将低粉筛入蛋糊里;
  • 5.用翻拌铲将蛋糊与面粉翻拌均匀无干粉后加入牛奶,翻拌均匀成为蛋糕糊;
  • 6.将搅拌好的蛋糕糊倒入铺好油纸的烤盘里,并将烤盘震几下,将蛋糕糊里的气泡震碎;
  • 7.留出少许蛋糕糊,加入一勺可可粉;
  • 8.将少许可可蛋糕糊拌匀后装入一次性裱花袋里;
  • 9.在第六步的蛋糕糊上,挤上可可蛋糕糊,挤成条状,再用牙签划正向、反向出道后,入提前预热的烤箱中,190度,17分钟即可;
  • 10.烤好的蛋糕取出后,从烤盘中移出来,放在晾架上,趁热将油纸慢慢揭下来;将油纸铺垫在蛋糕的下面,往蛋糕上抹上巧克力酱;
  • 11.提起铺垫的油纸的一边,慢慢将蛋糕卷起,一直卷到蛋糕的另一侧,卷实后,放入冰箱冷藏室1个小时。
  • 12.冷藏后的蛋糕卷,就可以切片了。
