  • 蚝油2勺
  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 香葱2颗

Steps to make 叉烧肉

  • 1.把材料准备好,香葱洗干净,打成葱结。
  • 2.老姜洗刷干净,不用去皮切成薄片备用。
  • 3.梅菜肉洗干净用厨房纸巾吸干水分,先用牙签在梅花肉上戳上小孔,以便肉更好的入味。
  • 4.放在保鲜盒同,加入1勺蜂蜜。
  • 5.加入2勺蚝油。
  • 6.然后加入3勺的叉烧酱。
  • 7.用手抓拌,让肉均匀地沾到酱汁,把姜片和葱结一起放入保鲜盒中,搓一搓,以使入味。
  • 8.盖上盖子放置于凉处静置2小时左右。
  • 9.面包机调到烘焙功能,先启动烘烤,这样可以提前预热,烘烤调至30分钟就可以开始了。
  • 10.先预热了5分钟之后把肉码在面包机桶内,盖上盖子开始烘烤。
  • 11.烤至时间停止,戴上防热手套把面包机桶拿出,倒掉桶内的肉汁,把肉翻个面,继续调至30分钟再次烘烤一个程序。
  • 12.烤了2次30分钟,叉烧肉就做好了。
