玫瑰花型面包
面包次数做多了,就想变换个花样,太复杂的不会做,就做个相对比较容易上手的玫瑰花形状来练手吧,烤好的面包组织柔软、层层分明,既好看又好吃。

  • 1.所有材料放面包桶内开启和面程序和成面团
  • 2.放温暖处饧发至2-3倍大小
  • 3.将面团取出揉出里面的气泡,然后分成5份
  • 4.取一份面团再分成4份,分别擀成圆片
  • 5.依次叠加在一起
  • 6.从下往上卷起来
  • 7.一切为二
  • 8.切口朝下生成2个生胚,形状似玫瑰花
  • 9.照此方法将其余4个面团也做好,放活底模具里进行二次发酵
  • 10.二发后的生胚明显大了许多
  • 11.表面刷全蛋液
  • 12.表面刷全蛋液提前预热烤箱200度烤30分钟
  • 13.时间结束后取出面包晾凉后脱模
