蚝油豆苗

  • 1.备菜,如图。
  • 2.豆苗掐去尾部,泡水洗净。
  • 3.蒜拍碎,小辣椒切段。冷锅冷油,油热后爆香。
  • 4.放入洗好的豆苗,断生后依次放入盐、鸡精、蚝油。出锅前生抽提味。
  • 5.成啦!简单又解腻。
