  • 1.粉丝用温水泡软。

  • 3.取出生蚝肉,将蚝壳清洗干净,将粉丝卷起来,放入生蚝壳中,蚝肉放粉丝上。
  • 4.每个蚝肉上放一小勺蒜蓉辣酱。
  • 5.蒸锅大火蒸5分钟,开盖放上香葱碎。
  • 6.成品。
