  • 香叶2块

  • 蒸鱼豉油1勺
  • 白糖少许

Steps to make 凉拌毛豆

  • 1.毛豆用盐水浸泡十分钟后,清洗干净,剪去两头,便于入味。
  • 2.清水放入花椒、桂皮、香叶、八角,煮滚五分钟,加入盐和植物油。
  • 3.加入处理好的毛豆。
  • 4.大火煮滚转中小火煮十分钟。
  • 5.煮好的毛豆过冷水,这样处理后的毛豆口感好。
  • 6.植物油放入花椒炸出香味,把花椒捞出来。
  • 7.放入小米椒和大蒜末煸香。
  • 8.蒜蓉辣椒加入毛豆。
  • 9.放入盐、生抽、、白糖、蒸鱼豉油。
  • 10.充分拌匀,可以试试味道,要比平时炒菜咸一点才入味。
  • 11.放冰箱冷藏二个小时,装盘。
