  • 黄油35克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 135克
  • 酵母5克
  • 4克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 豆沙陷280克

Steps to make 豆沙吐司

  • 1.豆沙陷放入保鲜袋,均匀擀开如图,放入冰箱冷藏
  • 2.将所有的材料按照先液体后粉状放入面包机桶,黄油除外,启动一个和面程序
  • 3.一个和面程序结束放入软化的黄油,再次启动一个和面程序
  • 4.拉出手摸可以进行发酵
  • 5.面团揉圆按发酵功能键进行发酵
  • 6.发酵至2-2.5倍大小
  • 7.发酵好的面团排气揉圆盖上保鲜膜醒置15分钟
  • 8.擀成于豆沙陷一般大小的长方形
  • 9.将豆沙陷铺在面皮上
  • 10.三分之一处向中间折起,剩下的三分之一也向中间折起
  • 11.擀成长方形的宽面片,再次两头向中间折起
  • 12.擀成长方形的面片,均匀的分成三条,顶部不要切断
  • 13.编成辫子状
  • 14.放入吐司盒进行二次发酵
  • 15.发酵好的吐司均匀的刷上一层蛋液,烤箱预热160度上下火中下层烤35分钟,上色后加盖锡纸
  • 16.香喷喷的吐司出炉
  • 17.切开里面的组织相当柔软,好吃*^_^*
