自制辣白菜
做了点辣白菜,辣萝卜,吃粥时有了这个小菜,很下饭哦

  • 白萝卜四分之一根
  • 苹果半个
  • 梨子半个
  • 姜蒜25g
  • 辣椒面20g
  • 白糖30g
  • 白醋1小勺
  • 米酒汤10g
  • 小葱少许
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 自制辣白菜

  • 1.苹果梨子切大块,加入姜蒜一起放入机器打碎(根据你做白菜的量来调整苹果梨子用量,如果白菜多那苹果梨子就至少分别用一个或者以上的量)。
  • 2.小葱节和香菜切段。
  • 3.白菜洗净沥干水分,掰成大块,萝卜洗净切片。
  • 4.沥干水分后用少许盐,翻拌均匀,腌制半天。
  • 5.这是腌制半天后的样子。
  • 6.苹果梨子姜蒜泥打碎。
  • 7.腌过的白菜萝卜挤干水分,放入大盆,加入苹果梨子姜蒜泥,加入辣椒面(吃不了辣可以换成韩式辣椒酱)加入小葱香菜。
  • 8.加入少许盐,米酒汤汁,白糖 ,一点白醋。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.装入干净容器。
  • 11.盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏腌制十天就差不多了。
  • 12.辣白菜萝卜就做好啦。
  • 13.甜辣酸爽。
