正月十五这天北方吃元宵,南方吃汤圆。除了寓意喜庆,合家团圆外,还能温暖脾胃、调畅气机、抵御春寒。与北方的摇元宵不同,南方是「包」汤圆,汤圆使用很细的汤圆粉团包馅制成的,馅料可荤可素。
中医认为,初春养生要注重阳气的升发,同时又要避免升发太过。为了抑制肝木旺以克制脾土,饮食中注重增加甘(甜)味以补脾。所以,在元宵节吃的汤圆也大都含有豆沙、芝麻、花生、杏仁、核桃、枣泥等味美甘甜之品。
但“糯米……性太黏滞,难化也。小儿、病人最宜忌之”。所以各位妈妈如果想在元宵节给宝贝做一碗营养丰富,有益吸收的汤圆,建议用木薯淀粉制作汤圆皮,并用缤纷的水果代替高热量的馅料。

Steps to make 水果小汤圆

  • 1.1-将烧开的沸水马上倒入木薯粉中,用筷子迅速进行搅拌成团。
  • 2.2-趁热度将其擀平,切条、切粒,搓成小球。
  • 3.3-将小汤圆放入碗中,加适量热水和冰糖,放入蒸箱中层。
  • 4.4-蒸箱调节到过温蒸模式,110度,蒸15分钟。
  • 5.5-蒸制期间将水果洗净切粒,在蒸制13分钟时,放入水果,继续蒸制到时间结束即可。
