Steps to make 酱腌黄瓜

  • 1.调料图(酱油,醋,要买瓶装的,酱油不要买老抽或生抽)
  • 2.辅料图(姜蒜切成片备用)
  • 3.黄瓜去瓤切成粗条状
  • 4.尖椒洗净切成条控净水分备用
  • 5.黄瓜用盐腌24小时,盆中放筛痹子把腌过的黄瓜放入控静水分。
  • 6.锅中放入调料(酱油,醋,味精,白糖)不放盐,用火烧开,倒入盆中自然冷却。
  • 7.把所有原料放入酱汁盆中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.炒勺做火上放少许油烧热。
  • 9.浇在腌黄瓜的盆里,为了增香也是为了封住酱汁。
  • 10.最后用保鲜膜封住盆口,24小时后,美味的酱黄瓜就可以食用了。
  • 11.酱腌黄瓜适宜早晚餐配稀饭食用,酱香味浓,微辣。
