红烧狮子头
好几天没上菜啦,最近比较懒,昨天看见精华日志有了新规定了,真是皆大欢喜。只要按照规定的图的尺寸就可以轻松的获得精华日志啦。。。我们就可以高高兴兴的发帖,争积分换奖品了。这道菜是我做四喜丸子时候同时炸出的狮子头,放进冰箱冷冻起来,随时拿出红烧就可以了。

    Steps to make 红烧狮子头

    • 1.肉馅里加入 鸡蛋 酱油 料酒 葱姜碎 五香粉 盐 淀粉 香油 鸡精。
    • 2.顺着一个方向搅拌均匀, 用手摔打至粘稠。
    • 3.馒头切块用冷水泡透成面糊。
    • 4.把馒头糊挤干水分,放进打好的肉馅里。
    • 5.搅拌均匀成粘稠状。
    • 6.锅中放入大量的油大火烧热。
    • 7.用勺子把肉馅在手心里揉搓成圆球。
    • 8.下入,油温八成热的油锅里。
    • 9.炸至表面金黄。
    • 10.一次可以多炸些放入冰箱冷冻,就可以随时吃红烧狮子头了。
    • 11.取一碗,加入清水 酱油 糖 盐勾兑成料汁。
    • 12.把葱切段,姜切丝备用。
    • 13.锅中发放油,爆香大料。
    • 14.下入葱姜和料汁,烧开。
    • 15.放入炸好的狮子头,汤汁烧开后关小火。
    • 16.炖至汤汁收干浓缩即可。
