核桃酥
这是一款非常酥脆的饼干,儿时的味道。弟弟来北京时,我特意给老爸老妈做了一些带走,不过我小时候吃的桃酥里边可没有核桃,自己做了之后才知道这核桃酥这么好吃呀!下边的配方是56块的量,嫌量大的可以减半操作。

  • 普通面粉400克
  • 植物油220克
  • 细砂糖200克
  • 鸡蛋40克
  • 核桃仁120克
  • 泡打粉1/2小勺X2
  • 小苏打1/4小勺X2
  • 鸡蛋液少许

Steps to make 核桃酥

  • 1.核桃仁用烤箱烤8分钟左右,出香味后切碎备用
  • 2.盆里加入细砂糖,倒入植物油
  • 3.加入打散的鸡蛋液
  • 4.拌匀
  • 5.小苏打和泡打粉放入面粉里拌匀,筛入盆里
  • 6.核桃碎倒在面粉上边,先用筷子把上边的面粉和核桃混合一下
  • 7.再所有食材一起拌匀
  • 8.团成两个大团
  • 9.取一小块面团,团成小球
  • 10.把小球压扁
  • 11.均匀码在铺了油布的烤盘上(建议铺锡纸)
  • 12.烤箱这时180度预热5分钟。饼干坯刷蛋液
  • 13.放入烤箱中层,180度,16~18分钟左右(依据桃酥大小)
  • 14.表面金黄色即可出炉!
  • 15.核桃酥出炉了,趁热吃一块,好香啊!
