南瓜味增核桃松饼
南瓜泥+味噌+核桃的组合。
没有燕麦片,用了红豆粉代替,感觉也是不错。
虽然加了味噌,却并没有明显感觉是咸饼,
还不错吧,挺香。。。。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油10克
  • 蜂蜜20克
  • 味噌15克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 中筋粉100克
  • 红豆粉35克
  • 核桃碎15克
  • 肉桂粉1/4小勺
  • 泡打粉1小勺

Steps to make 南瓜味增核桃松饼

  • 1.用料:南瓜泥100克,鸡蛋1个,黄油10克,蜂蜜20克,味增15克,牛奶100克,中筋面粉100克,红豆粉35克,核桃碎15克,肉桂粉1/4小勺,泡打粉1小勺。
  • 2.将南瓜用微波炉叮熟,趁热加入黄油搅拌至融化。
  • 3.加入牛奶,鸡蛋,蜂蜜,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再和味增混合均匀。
  • 5.粉类混合筛入液体中,混合均匀。
  • 6.加入核桃碎。
  • 7.混合均匀,静置10min+。
  • 8.预热电饼铛。
  • 9.底盘抹少许油,放入适量面糊,摊成饼状。
  • 10.盖上盖子,上下盘加热。
  • 11.表面凝固,揭盖。
  • 12.翻面,盖上盖子继续煎烙。
  • 13.两面金黄,出锅。
